Taylor is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in adolescent psychiatry. Her passion for working with adolescents and young adults is what inspired her to establish Serenity Psychiatry & Wellness LLC. Taylor’s approach is patient and family centered, she creates treatment plans that are based on the individual needs and preferences of the patient and family. She does not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to psychiatry. Taylor enjoys offering an integrative psychiatry approach including psychiatric medications, Genomind genetic testing, lab testing for vitamin deficiencies, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle coaching on nutrition, exercise and sleep.

Taylor obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University with specialized training in psychiatry. She began her nursing career in emergency department acute care before transitioning into adolescent mental health, where she found her true passion. Taylor went on to hold progressive leadership roles for five years at Family First Adolescent Services, a residential treatment center specializing in complex trauma, serving as Director of Nursing and later Director of Psychiatric & Health Services. In these roles, she provided clinical oversight and helped guide comprehensive, trauma-informed care for adolescents in Palm Beach Gardens. Taylor is also a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
